Arrow 7x07 "The Slabside Redemption" Episode Review

I was impressed. Thoroughly amazing by what happened in last night’s episode. It was like an all-out fight scene-episode until the end. Ricardo Diaz made his final move against Oliver Queen by attacking the prison. This guy knows how to hold a grudge and apparently take over an entire building. I hope this is his final stand because the Longbow Hunters need to take over at this point—Ricardo Diaz overstayed his tense welcome.
Oliver Queen proved he can fight his way through anything. He beat the crap out of someone in every scene he was in and made an unlikely ally: Bronze Tiger. Stanley feels betrayed after Oliver disowns him for lying about killing the guard. This will come back to haunt Oliver later… Stanley escaped and killed Brick.
Bronze Tiger shined in this episode. I really admired the villain back in season two, but he only appeared in that season until season seven came around. Five years of no Bronze Tiger. I can’t believe we went that long without him. His fight scenes were amazing and those round kicks. His time on the Suicide Squad and bond with Lyla are getting readdressed. That’s awesome. I hate the movie for cutting him out.
The prison is behind Oliver, but I think his time there will haunt him like the island used to do. His reunion with Felicity and Diggle was bittersweet. The original Team Arrow were the only characters needed at the end. Welcome back home, Oliver!
Did anyone else have a hard time understanding Ricardo Diaz talk? He sounded like he was mumbling the entire time, and that’s not doing his character any favors. Seriously, this dude has to be done at this point. He needs to stay down and let the Longbow Hunters take over from this point onward.
