DC's Legends of Tomorrow 4x06 "Tender Is The Nate" Episode Review
Major Spoilers are included in this episode review. Please Read with Caution.
The episode had two important stories: the Legends’ mission to impress Nate’s father and Mona Yu’s first day at the Time Bureau juggling Ava Sharpe and Nora Darhk. The two plots balanced out well or better than last week’s episode. It had a lot of funny moments and the characters stayed true to themselves.
Nate finally meets Charlie, who is not Amaya, and gets punched in the face for trying to hug her. He is uncomfortable around Charlie at first but grows to accept her as part of the team. I also didn’t realize how close Nate and Sara got until this episode. They do hang around each other during the team meetings.
Mona, Ava, and Nora getting trapped inside the prison was an amusing tale indeed. The similarities that Ava and Nora share with each other are astonishing. They both have tragic background and try to use that to advise Mona about not needing to follow her parents’ wishes. The relations between the girls becomes stronger and read Ray’s love letter.
The monster of the week was a Minotaur. Nate’s father officially learned what it meant to be a Legend when he sang that Fugitive to sleep. This mission brought Nate and his father close but further away from rejoining the team… Ray misses him.
Ray and Nora would be a cute couple. We need more Constantine doing naked yoga because… it’s cool. Sara needs to visit Ava more often in lingerie and play assassin mind tricks. That scene was so entertaining! I can’t believe this show sometimes.
