The Good Place 3x03 "The Brainy Brunch" Episode Review

The Good Place is going strong! This episode was fascinating and the introduction of Trevor was such a blast… he played the four humans like chumps. He was the definition of that annoying friend who would never shut up or was too clingy about things… Eleanor was sick of the guy in two minutes, but her eternal bond with Chidi saved her from leaving.

Michael and Janet’s interactions with Trevor were great! Janet and her inability to function as a mortal was spot-on! We do spend a lot of time “waiting for things to be over”… that line killed me!! It’s so true!

Tahani and Jason do not drunkenly sleep together. There was a real chance that would’ve happened, so I was scared about that part. Luckily, Jason was a gentleman and went to sleep in the dumpster. Never change Jason.

I was surprised The Judge figured out the ruse. She banished Trevor away, but Janet’s abilities kick in, creating a wall of random junk to distract The Judge from punishing them. With no other choice, Michael and Janet escape back to Earth to help their humans. This is a good development to the season because… I was getting annoyed of Trevor and his antics.
