Digimon Adventure REBOOT Episode 41 "Mon-Mon Park in the Fog" Review
Major Spoilers are included in this episode review. Please read with caution.
Episode 41— “Mon-Mon Park in the Fog”—was another filler, but it was a great story. I enjoyed the exploration of TK and Matt’s brotherhood, and how that lead to Patamon regaining his power to become Angemon again. The dynamic between TK and Matt is incredible—a great reminder on why I do see a lot of myself in Matt.
The new digivolution sequence to Angemon was wowowow. I loved it so much. Matt and TK’s resolve to save everyone was also a nice callback to the theme park episode from the original series. This time around, the Reboot just chose to exclude Tai and Agumon. It’s a wise choice to sideline Tai like this after so many episodes of him getting two Megas. The Digimon Writers might be listening to us now.
I don’t have much else to say about this episode other than I really did have a good time with it. The brother-centric episode gets a 9/10 for giving us character development, the brotherhood of TK and Matt, and an amazing fight sequence that brought on Angemon.
Thanks so much for reading this episode review! I appreciate the support! :D
