I'm Aaron Ngo (Ngo Writer)!!

AKA: NGO DM AA!!!

In May 2017, I graduated from Michigan State University as a Professional Writing Major with a Bachelor’s Degree. This does not mean I'm a journalist. Professional Writing covers a range of topics like publication, technical writing, web design, document design, freelance editing, etc.

As of November 2020, I’m currently a freelance legal editor when I’m not constantly blogging out reviews, writing a novel, running a DnD Campaign, or playing Digimon TCG in the Digital World. I have this tendency of taking on multiple projects under multiple names and profiles. Ngo pun intended, of course.

“The Toni Morrison quote?” You ask.

I believe in it wholeheartedly. If there is something I want to read and it does not seem to exist anywhere in the world, I take it upon myself to create that specific content—to write that undiscovered book everyone is dying to know about. 

Writing fiction is my passion—a creative outlet for my happiness and frustrations. As you'll see on my professional site, I have an ongoing writing blog, a DnD Adventures page, and a Digi-YouTube Channel is also under development right now. The Blog started off as an online journal containing all my thoughts, emotions, and opinions on various TV shows, movies, and books in addition to my novel writing process (minus spoilers obviously).

Around June 2016, I started writing an urban fantasy novel initially for some friends to give them an idea on my writing style and it somehow turned into this long-winded project.

UPDATED: Feb 13, 2021

Six complete drafts have been written so far, with draft #6 being workshopped with Beta Readers and my Writers’ Group starting in Feb 2021. I have a love-hate relationship with this particular story, but I'm constantly amazed by its astounding evolution in terms of characters, setting, themes, and plot.

Besides writing stories, reading novels and manga and Webtoons, and binge-watching numerous shows and anime, I work out, play video games like Genshin Impact (sometimes), various trading card games like Cardfight!! Vanguard, Weiss Schwarz, Digimon TCG, Dungeons & Dragons (A Dungeon Master and Player since March 2019), and generally trying new things—literally any new thing—and spending time with awesome people.
